Kimberly McEntee
SVP, Director of Finance and Operations

Kimberly graduated from the Charles F. Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She began her career as an accountant at the Metropolitan Opera, joined Pure Growth in 2012, and transitioned to the NitroC team as the Director of Finance in 2020. In 2023, she also joined the Empower team as the Director of Procurement.

​For over a decade, Kimberly has superintended the finance and accounting departments of Pure Growth and NitroC. Her superb articulation and attention to every fiscal component ensures the business is efficient and systemized. Kimberly is delighted and dedicated to being an intricate part of both the NitroC and Empower teams and she continues to deem “positive growth” as her number one personal and professional goal.

What’s the most memorable piece of advice you’ve received during your career?
The most memorable piece of advice I’ve received is that “no job is too small.” Having that mentality continues to be crucial in building my career and thriving in fast-paced work environments. Being a part of a successful team means contributing wherever possible to help get to the job done, no matter what the task is.
What makes you excited to come to work every day?
I love seeing our clients’ ads and knowing we were a part of getting them out there. It’s very rewarding to see our hard work come to life, and it makes me proud and excited to work on teams with such amazing, driven people!
What do you like to do outside of work?
Baking is one of my favorite hobbies. Working in finance requires you to be very analytical, so baking is a way for me to tap into my creative side. I love trying new recipes and developing some of my own as well. Sharing all the treats with my family and friends is an added bonus, which I know they appreciate too!
